The lodge will also include two full bars, three indoor fireplaces, an outdoor firepit, covered and uncovered patios and a VIP lounge, creating the ultimate hangout spot for every season.
The menu includes signature dishes like the Peaks Sampler, Philly Cheesesteak, Smokestack Burger, flatbread pizzas and fan-favorite Smoked and Grilled Wings. Guests can pair their meals with specialty cocktails like the Bourbon Espresso Martini with an Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon base, the Mezcal Passion Fruit Mule or Spicy Strawberry Margarita. For beer drinkers, guests can grab their choice drafts out of 32 options served at a frosty 29 degrees.The new lodge will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11 to 1 a.m. Happy Hour runs Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and late-night from 10 p.m. to midnight.To prepare for the grand opening, Twin Peaks is hiring approximately 150 team members locally.
